Frequently asked questions
Do you shoot outdoor areas too?
Yes. Terraces, gardens, and entrances are part of the same tour and aren't charged separately when they're on the same site.
Does the venue need to be closed during the shoot?
We recommend shooting outside opening hours, since the camera captures the whole room and guests would be visible. Early morning usually works best.
How should the space be prepared?
The way you'd want a client to see it: tables set, lights on, bar tidy. A dressed room helps clients picture their own event in it.
Can individual areas be labelled?
Yes. We add named spaces to the tour — a hall, a lounge, a terrace — so clients immediately understand the layout.
