Who controls your data

The data controller is 360Estate. For any privacy question, write to the address listed in this site's footer.

What we collect

We collect only what you send us through the contact form: your name, email address, and message, plus optionally your company name and phone number. We also store the site language you used and the time of submission.

The site uses no tracking cookies, no advertising cookies, and no third-party analytics. Visiting the site sets no cookies at all.

Why we collect it

We use the data solely to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare a quote. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, together with our legitimate interest in replying to an enquiry we received.

We do not use your data for marketing messages, and we do not sell it or pass it to third parties for their own purposes.

Where and how long we keep it

Submitted messages are stored in a database hosted by Supabase, in a data centre inside the European Union (Stockholm, Sweden). Only we have access to them.

We keep the data for a maximum of 24 months from our last contact, after which it is deleted. If you become a client, statutory retention periods apply to the business records instead.

Your rights

You may at any time request access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing, transfer to another controller, or object to the processing. Send your request to our email address; we reply within one month at the latest.

If you believe we are not processing your data lawfully, you may complain to the Slovenian Information Commissioner (ip-rs.si).

Images and virtual tours

Photographs and panoramas are hosted with ImageKit, which delivers them through a network of servers. Loading an image passes your IP address to that provider, which is technically necessary to display the content; ImageKit does not use it to track you.

Tours we produce for clients show the interiors of their properties. Before a shoot we agree with the client that no identifiable people or personal documents appear in the capture.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the way we handle data changes. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
