How long does shooting an apartment take?
An average apartment takes under an hour. Larger houses take up to two. The owner doesn't need to be present — we just need access.
How does size affect the price?
It is €100 for the visit and the shoot, plus €2.50 per square metre — so €300 for an 80 m² apartment, €600 for a 200 m² house. No surcharge for extra rooms, no travel costs, and no hosting subscription. The calculator on the site gives you the figure the moment you enter the floor area.
How do I add the tour to my listing?
You get a link you can share anywhere, plus an embed code if you want the tour to appear directly on your own website. It works on every device with nothing to install.
What if the property isn't empty?
We shoot furnished and occupied properties too. We only ask that the space is tidied first — the camera captures everything at once, including the corner a photographer would have left out.
